卫星遥感技术在老铁山水道溢油监测中的应用

【摘要】 卫星遥感技术是实现海洋全面监测的必然手段。利用Ｌａｎｄｓａｔ和ＮＯＡＡ卫星精度和时相的优势，可以确定污染面积、扩散方向、扩散速度。

【Abstract】 Satelite remote Sensing technology is the inevitable means of the monitoring all over the ocean. Using the Superiority of Landsat and NOAA’ S Precision and time-Phase may fix Pollution area and spread direction and speed.
