【摘要】 以人群中筛选出的且未用过任何药物治疗的高血压新病例作为研究对象，探讨高血压患者血脂特征。单因素分析结果显示ＴＧ，ＴＣ，ＬＤＬｃ，ＬＤＬｃ／ＨＤＬｃ病例组显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）而ＬＤＬｃ／ＴＣ病例组显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＨＤＬｃ及其亚型病例组虽低于对照组，但两组差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。多元线性逐步回归分析表明高血压患者主要血脂特征是ＴＧ及ＴＣ水平的升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 90 new essential hypertension (EHT) cases in this study were screened from workers of a factory,not treated by any drugs; the controls were randomly sampled from the same population, Student t test indicated that the levels of TG,TC,LDLc,LDLc/HDLc in the cases were significanty Higher than that in the controls (P<0.01) and LDLc/TC significantly lower (P<0.01).The levels of LDLcand its subg roups in the cases were lower than those in the controls but no significant differences were fou nd between the two groups (P<0.05).The result of stepwise regression demonstrated that the major charateristics of lipid metabolism in EHT were the higher levels of TG and TC. Regression diagnosis ind icated that the regression model was very good.Because hypertension and hyperlipoproteinemia are major risk factors of coronary heart diseases and most of the drugs at present may cause significant lipid metabolism abnormality,it is very important to decrease the levels of serum lipid in the primary prevention and clinical therapy of this disease.更多还原
