【摘要】 52例高血压患者，其中Ⅰ期31例，Ⅱ期21例，服用吲达帕胺每日2．5mg，50例服完1个月，显效23例，有效18例，总有效率为82％。心率较治疗前加快，血脂无明显变化，尿蛋白及左室肥厚得到改善。服药3个月的生活质量有不同程度改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty two hypertension cases were reeeived 2. 5 mgindapamide per day, of which 31 cases were in stage I, the 21 cos-es in stage Ⅱ. Of the 50 cases who kept using the drug for one mon-th, sghificant effect was be found in 23, and the ederate effect in18 with a total cffective rate 82 %. The heart rate turned faster thanthat of the pre-trtutment, blood-lipid was of no obvious variation,some improvement urine protein and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) was found in three months after administration, the patientsliving quality improved to varying degrees. Indapemide is consideredto be an effective drug for hypertension, easy to use, causing noharm to blood -lipid, able to reverse the left ventaicular hypertrophy(LVH) and the function of the kidney and a better living quality canbe expected after a long duration of administration.更多还原
