【摘要】 应用平衡法核素心血地显像，对30例晚期尿毒症维持性血透（maintenancehemodialysis,MHD）患者进行心脏功能测定，并与正常人作对照研究。发现MHD患者即使临床上没有心功能不全的表现，各项心功能参数的平均值与正常人比较有非常显著性差异（P＜0．001）。提示MDH患者存在着潜在的心功能不全。进一步分析表明，尿毒症并发高血压者以左心收缩功能受损为明显，而并发中度以上贫血（Hb<90g／L）的病人，以左心舒张功能受损为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cardiac functon was measured by balanced radionu-clide cardiac blood- pel imaging in 30 cases of severe uremic Patientson maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) and 22 normal Persons. It wasfound that Cardiac function index of patients on MHD was signifi-cantly different from that of normal persons, even though there wasno sign of clinical cardiac imufficiency. Systolic function was obvi-ously affected in uremic potients with hypertemion, and abnormalityof diastolic function was found in the uremic petients with severeanemia.
