【摘要】 用补充雌二醇方法探讨雌二醇对wistar大鼠血压及血浆微量元素的影响。结果表明，大剂量补充雌二醇可以诱发高血压，大鼠血浆中铜,镁、钙离子含量显著升高（P＜0.05）；而铁、锌离子无显著改变（P＜0．05）。提示微量元素参与雌二醇诱发高血压的过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blood Pressare and plasma trace elctnent of Wister rats after administration of high-dose estradiol benzoate were deter-mined. The results showed that high-dose estradiol could enhenee theblood pressure and the amounts of Cu, Mg, Ca irons in plasma, indi-cating that the estradiol-induced hypertension may be mediated by changing the metabolism of some trace elements.更多还原
