【摘要】 125例老年高血压病患者中Ⅲ期较对照组（60岁以下）多，单纯收缩期高血压明显多于对照组（P＜0．01），并发症的发生率和死亡率高于混合性／舒张期高血压。提示纯收缩期高血压的危害性大于后者，具有重要临床意义。由于其血压的不稳定性，在诊断和治疗中应以注意。更多还原

【Abstract】 125 elderly cases of hypertension admitted to ourhospital were studied. The study showed that stage: Ⅲ hypertension was more frequently encountered in the e1derly groupthan in the control group of below 60 years’ The incidence ofisolated systo1ic hypertension (ISH) was significantly higher inthe elderly than that in the control (P<0. 01 ). The occurrenceof complications and mortality were higher in ISH than thosein the mixture/diastolic hyPertension (MDH),suggesting thatISH does more harm to the elderly than MDH.
