【摘要】 采用3种不同手术方式治疗高血压脑出血101例，临床分级Ⅰ，Ⅱ度33例：采用锥颅血肿碎吸术2例，均达良好；钻孔引流注入尿激酶溶解术25例，良好率达88％；小骨窗血肿清除术6例，良好率66．7％。临床分级Ⅲ～Ⅴ度68例：小骨窗血肿清除术良好率57．9％，锥颅血肿碎吸术良好率50％3而尿激酶法良好率43．6％。据此，提出根据不同临床分级选择术式，有利于提高疗效，降低死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 101 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with three operative types are reported. 33 cases were classified as grades Ⅰ ~Ⅱ by neurological grading(N.G). In this type, 2 cases were treated with simple serotaxic exsuction with good results, 25 cases by CT -guided-urokinase-injection, with 88% improvement. 6 cases were operated on for craniotomy with small bone window,with 66. 7% improved 68cases were classified as grades Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ, 57. 9% improved by craniotomy for small bone window, 50% by simple serotaxic exsuction, and 43. 6% by CT-guided-urokinase-injection. On these grounds,the authors suggest that selecting proper operative patterns according to different N. G wou1d be beneficial to promote treatment effects and 1ower mortality. Some factors affecting the prognosis,such as complications, hemorrhage into ventricles, rebleeding and intracranial pneumatosis are discussed,and some curative measures are proposed.更多还原
