工程轮胎三维动态刚度与阻尼的测试
Measurement of Three-dimensional Dynamic Stiffness and Damping for Engineering Tire
【摘要】 本文提出了工程轮胎三维动态刚度与阻尼的测量方法,利用计算机控制的电液伺服试验系统和专设的测量装置测量了10.00-20轮胎的三维动态刚度与阻尼,分析了轮胎的动态刚度和阻尼与工作频率的关系,得到了三维动态刚度之间和三维阻尼之间的比例,该研究结果可用于分析工程车辆的各种动态特性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the method for measuring three-dimensional dynamicstiffness and damping of engineering tire is proposed based on measurements of10.00-20 tire with computer-controlled electric and hydraulic servo system and specialequipment.The relationships between three-dimensional dynamic stiffnesses andthose between three-dimensional dampings were obtained as a result of the analysisof the relation between the dynamic stiffness and damping and the working frequency. This method can be used to analyze various dynamic characteristics of the engineer-ng vehicles.
