北京北山地区泥石流灾害特点及其防治现状研究

【摘要】 北京市北山地区生态环境脆弱,泥石流频发,灾害严重。为保护北山地区人民生命财产的安全,净化密云水库的水源地,防治泥石流灾害势在必行。防治泥石流灾害的基本对策是恢复和建立良性生态环境,增加森林植被复盖度以蓄水保土固坡,抑制泥石流的发生和发展。目前应对重点保护目标进行工程防治,避免泥石流发生,减少灾害。为全面防治北山地区泥石流灾害取得经验,树立样板,在密、怀两县各选择一条泥石流沟谷进行了防治方案的规划工作。

【Abstract】 Because the ecoenvironment is weak in Beishan region, Beijing, debris-flow occurred frequently and hazard condition is very serious. To safeguard safe of the life and property of the people and to purify water resources of Miyun reservoir, it is imperative to control debris-flow hazard.The basic countermeasure of controlling debris-flow hazard is to recover and found a good ecoenvironment, and to increase cover degree of forest and plan to keep soil and reinforce slope. The protection of major objective should be presently carried out, so that avoid the produce of debris-flow and decrease hazard. To obtain the experience in controlling debris-flow in Beishan region and erect a model, the programme work on controlling plan was carried out in two debris-flow valleys selected from both Miyun and Huairou county
