【摘要】 本文报道２０例进行性肌营养不良的超声显像诊断，与生化、肌电图、肌肉活检对照有良好的相关性。超声表现特点是四肢肌肉变薄或胖肠肌等肌群假性肥大，根据肌肉受损程度不同，肌肉回声增强、致密、光点粗大、肌纤维正常排列模糊及丧失、远场衰减、形成脂肪肝和脂肪肝伴肝硬化样声像图改变。本文结果提示，采用高频探头检查肌肉病变，尤其是进行性肌营养不良具有较大实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports ultrasonic diagnosis of 20 progressive muscular dystrophy cases,There is a excellent relationship of uItrasonogram to CPK,electromyogram and muscular biopsy.The characteristics of ul-trasonogram are thinned or pseudohypertrophied limb muscles.Variable echo dens ities based on the degree of muscular lesions and variable muscular fibre size or fibre necrosis were displayed。 The muscular uItrasonogram of far field showed attenuation similar to that of fatty liver.更多还原
