【摘要】 采用彩色多普勒超声心动图（ＣＦＭ）诊断右位心２９例，男性２４例，女性５例，年龄１天～１３岁。根据Ｖａｎｐｒａａｇｈ方法将右位心分成三型：孤立型１７例，反转型８例，未定型４例。伴随畸形包括：大动脉换位１３例，单心室２例，单心房２例，心内膜垫缺损５例，室间隔缺损２０例，房间隔缺损８例。５例施行心血管造影，１例手术，１例尸体解剖。我们认为ＣＦＭ是诊断右位心的可靠方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Color Flow Mapping(CFM)was employed to diagnose 29 cases of dextrocar-dia. Among them,male 24,female 5. aged from 1 day to 13 years. (average Years). The types of dextrocardia were determined by means of Vanpraagh′s method. The results showed that among 29 cases,17were solitude,8 were inversus and 4 were ambiguous. The accompanied malformations were univentricule,transposition of the great artery,VSD,ASD,A-V canal,etc. Compared to angiography,surgery and autopsy,we concluded that CFM is a reliable method in the diagnosis of dextrocardia.更多还原
