三维超声心动图检测心肌梗塞患者左心功能的研究

【摘要】 本文应用三维超声心动图对36例心肌梗塞患者及20例正常人的左室容量及射血分数等心功能参数进行了分析,并与二维及M型方法所测值进行比较,结果发现:正常组左室容量和射血分数用三维或二维或M型方法所测值无明显差异(P>0.05),但在心梗组,用三维方法与用二维或M型方法所测值却有非常明显的差异(P<0.001)。这种差异,可能是由于这三种方法采用不同的设计计算方法来测定容量所致。三维方法按左室的的实际形状测量容量,而M型或二维方法按某些几何学公式测量,但心梗患者左室形状有较大变化,如仍按几何学公式测量就难得准确。

【Abstract】 myocardial infarction patient,and 20 normal individuals were examined by three dimensional e-chocardiography(3DE),two dimensional echocardiography(2DE)and M-mode echocardiography to detect their left ventricular functions. In normal group,there is no remarkable difference between 3DE and 2DE for measuring the vol-ume and ejection fraction of the left ventricle (P>0.05).But in myocardial infarction group,this difference is very significant(P>0.001).In 3DE,the volume of the left ventricle is mesaurd by its practical shape,but in 2DE,by certain geometrical equations. Because left ventriclar shape in the patient of myocardial infarction is often deformed,it could not be calculated exactly by geometrical method.
