【Abstract】 Due to the fact of lacking medical resources in the countryside of oureounfry ,the author ehosed Wu Jin County of rich arca.Jiujiang County of Well-off area and Huaining County of able - to-eat and -wear area to investigate into the need of medical workers with different records of schooling in the countryside communities. The inuestigation results showed that in the medical field of countryside communities,graduates from training schools worked better than graduates from polytechnic schools and graduates from colleges. At the meantime. the author raised two questions!One is how to reasonably dispose medical organizations of different level with different schooling or constructions T The second is how to train students of different schooling with our prevailing medical education system to meet the needs of carrying out PHC all-sicledy in our countryside communities.更多还原
