单片机在工业过程控制中的可靠性设计探讨
An Investigation on the Reliability Design of Single Chip Computer in Process Control
【摘要】 探讨了单片机在工业控制中的可靠性设计方法,讨论了利用软、硬件的抗干扰技术上可行措施,解决了系统出错的常见问题.由于在硬件上采用隔离法和滤波,在软件实施容错方法,从而使系统出错尽可能减少到最小范围.
【Abstract】 The methods of reliability design of single chipcomputer in process control are investigated andfeasible technical measures of adopting the anti-in-terference in both hardware and software sides arediscussed. Through which the system errors com-monly exist have been solved. Because isolating andfiltering have been adopted in hardware side andfault tolerance is implemented in software side, thesystem errors can be reduced into minimum range.
