【摘要】 报告了Ｔ－２毒素对培养软骨细胞生长代谢的作用。结果显示，在软骨细胞生长早期和旺盛时期，Ｔ－２毒素抑制细胞ＤＮＡ合成，影响软骨细胞的分裂增殖，同时也影响到细胞的代谢功能，其毒性作用随Ｔ－２浓度升高细胞损伤加重。对于较成熟的软骨细胞，其毒性作用不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of T-2 toxin on the growth and metabolism of cultural chondrocytes were reported. The result showed that the T-2 toxin restrains the DNA synthesis, and affects the division and growth of chondrocytes at the early and exuberant stage of the growth, meanwhile,affects the function of metabolism; that the higher the concentration of T-2 toxinin in the media,the more damage to the chondrocytes; that the toxicity seemed not to affect mature chondrocytes.更多还原
