松果有效成分的研究──Ⅲ.油松果多糖的含量测定

【摘要】 用苯酸-硫酸法进行了油松果多糖的含量测定,并考察了苯酚与浓硫酸的用量及反应温度等因素时显色反应的影响,最大吸收波长490nm,测得多糖在10~70μg/ml的浓度范围内与吸收度呈线性关系(r=0.9999n=6),平均回收率为99.9%,变异系数为1.2%,最低检测浓度为0.5μg/ml。

【Abstract】 Quantitative determination of polysaccharides in Pine cones by phenol-sulfuric acid mehod was studied. and the effects of concentration of phenol-sulfuric acid and reaction temperature on color formation were investigated. It was found that the absorbance is linearly correlated to polysaceharide concentrations between 10~78μg/ml (r=0.9999). The analytical recovery was 99.8%, CV% was 1.2% and the minimal detectable concentration was 5μg/ml.
