【摘要】 通过对水提，水提醇沉、稀醇提取和水提石灰乳沉淀的方法制备金银花提取物的比较研究，结果表明，水提石灰乳沉淀法，提取物和绿原酸得率均较低。经分析其原因，是绿原酸被碱性水解。因此，在中药制剂中，用此法制备金银花提取物是不合理的。制备金银花提取物仍以水提醇沉法较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative study on three extraction methods for extract of Flos Lonicerae,waterextraction,water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation and water-extraction and lime creamprecipitation has been carried out.The experimental results indicated that yields of both extract and chlorogenic acid were the least in the method of water-extraction and lime creamprecipitation as a result of that chorgenic acid is easily hydrolyzed in alkaline aqueous solution. So it is unreasonable to prepare the extract of Flos Lonicerae used in Chinese preparation by the water-extraction and lime cream-precipitation.It is suggested that it would be better to perpare the extract by the method of water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation.更多还原
