【摘要】 润喉宁（由地黄、射干、乌梅、薄荷等组成）在０．０６８９ｇ／ｍｌ的浓度时，能明显抑制流感病毒ＦＭ１株、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型（ＨＳＶ－１）和腺病毒Ａ_３所致的细胞病变（ＣＰＥ）。免疫荧光试验显示，当其浓度为０．１４ｇ／ｍｌ和０．２８ｇ／ｍｌ时，均能抑制流感病毒ＦＭ１和ＨＳＶ－１在Ｈｅｐ－２细胞上的增殖。以５，１０，２０ｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ剂量ｉｇ给予小鼠，对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎及鼠肺内流感病毒的增殖量、均有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Runhouning,composed of Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Belamcanndae, Fructus Mume,Herba Menthae,etc,can significantly inhibit the cytometaplasia(CPE)induced by FM1 strain of influenzal virus,I type of herpes simplex virus(HSV-1)and adenovirus A,at concentration of 0.0689g/ml.The immunofluorescent test showed that it can inhibit the proliferation of both FM1 strain of influenzal virus and I type of herpes simplex virus(HSV-1)on Hep-2 cells when it is at a concentration range(from 0.14g/ml to 0.28g/ml). It also has the strong inhibition on the influenzal viral pneumonia and the proliferation amount of intrapulmonic influenzal virus of mice following the.administration of perfusing stomach in mine (5,10,20g/kg/d).更多还原
