【Abstract】 The flavones components contained by Herba Desmodii Styracifolii,Radix Scutellariae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae in Preparation were separated and identified by TLC on the same plate,of preparation,the emodin in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei was also determined by TLC一spectrophotometry.This method has a good reproducibility.The recovery is 100.01%and CV is 1.09%.更多还原
