【Abstract】 The optimum process for extracting the total saponins from Gynostemma Longipes has been made by the cross design with two levels and four factors.The optimum extraction process is as follows:adding eight time amount of 75% alcohol into crude medical material, then extracting for 3 times(2 hours each time)after immersing for l2 hours.The content of total saponins was also determined.更多还原
