荷人鼻咽癌裸鼠血清丙二醛、自然杀伤细胞活性以及中药"癌克星"的影响

【摘要】 本实验用BALB/c裸小鼠复制人NPC模型,检测荷人NPC裸鼠血清MDA和脾NK活性,以探讨瘤宿主NK活性改变的原因和可能机理,观察中药“癌克星”制剂对NPC的抑瘤作用及对MDA含量和脾NK活性等的影响;以探讨其抑瘤机理。结果发现荷人NPC裸鼠血清MDA含量(37.92±5.36nmol/ml)明显高于正常裸鼠(13.90±1.63nmol/ml)(P<0.01),而脾NK活性(40.93±2.39)则明显低于正常裸鼠(67.09±6.28)(P<0.01)。中药“癌克星”制剂对荷瘤鼠具明显抑瘤作用,抑瘤率25.85~99.99%;并可降低荷瘤鼠血清MDA含量,部分提高NK活性,增加瘤组织单核细胞的浸润。本实验提示,FR可能作为免疫抑制因子之一,使NK活性下降。“癌克星”对NPC具明显抑癌效应,其抑瘤作用可能是通过降低瘤宿主体内FR,提高机体免疫功能而实现。

【Abstract】 BALB/c Nude mica(NM)bearing nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC )was reproduced by hypodermic implanting human CNE-2 cell into right-side of axillaryfossa The change of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)and splenic NK bearing humanNPC were examined.Meanwhile,we observed the effected of "Ai Ke Xing"on tumor’ssize,serum MDA and splenic NK activation in NM bearing human NPC.Results indicated that in NM bearing human NPC serum MDA content(37.92 ± 5.36 nmol /ml) increasedmarkedly, while splenic NK activation decreased significantly, in comparison with thecontrol group (MDA 13.90± 1.63 nmol/ml,splenic NK cativation 67.09± 6.28). "Ai KeXing" inhibited NPC growth.Rate of inhibition was between 2 5.8 5 and 9 9.99 per cent.It decreased serum MDA,elevated splenic NK activation and enhanced mononuclears toinfiltrate to the transplanted NPC tissue.These results suggested that free radicals mightfunction as one of the immunosupressive factors.It might cause host’s splenic NKactivation decreasing. "Ai Ke Xing" had antitumor effect.It might have decreased freeradicals and elevated splenic NK activation in NM bearing human NPC.
