【摘要】 测定了４５例变应性皮肤病人的血浆过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）以及血ＩｇＥ含量。结果显示，患者血ＬＰＯ和ＩｇＥ含量均显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１及Ｐ＜０．０５）。患者血ＩｇＥ水平升高与ＬＰＯ变化是正相关关系（ｒ＝０．７１，Ｐ＜０．００５）。提示在变应性皮肤病的病理过程中，ＩｇＥ所介导的过敏反应可能与自由基脂质过氧化损伤有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Level of plasma lipsma lipid peroxide (LPO) andserum IgE in 45 patients with allergodermia and 96 nor mal controls were measured, It was shown that thesefigures in the patients were significantly higher thanthat in the normal controls(P <0. 01, P<0. 05).Andthe elevation of the serum IgE level and the change ofLPO in the patients’ blood were in positive correlation(r=0. 71,P<0. 005 ).It is suggested that in the pathological process of allergodermia,allergic reaction mediated by IgE has relationship with the free radical lipidperoxidatic damage.更多还原
