【Abstract】 ctropis grisescens warren nuclear polyhedrosis virus(EgNPV)is a kind of mono-embeded bac-ulovirus.SDS-PAOE exhibits that the polyhedrin has only one major polypeptide band with MW of30.8kD.The virions have at least 18 polypeptide bands with MW ranged from 18kD to 105kD.Likeother insect NPVs,EgNPV polyhedrin also contains more Asp,Glu,less His,Met,and Cys This re-sult suggests that the genes of polyhedrin in many NPVs may have a conservative sequence.The DNA of EgNPV has been analyzed by REM with EcoRI,HindⅢ,aamHI,XhoI,EcoRI+BamHI,XHoI+EcoRI.The MW of every fragment has been determined,Total MW of EgNPV-DNAis 7.3×10￣6 Daltons.更多还原
