硬质合金材料声显成象检测技术

【摘要】 近来研制成功一台智能化THSAM-7型声显微镜,提高灵敏度,改进测试技术,其工作频率为5—100MHz,系统总增益100db,成功地进行了硬质含金零件检测,得到一些有益结果,这说明THSAM-7型声显微镜适用手硬质合金等特高声阻抗材料零件的无损检测.

【Abstract】 An intellegent THSAM- 7 acoustic microscope was recently developed with improved sensitivity and detection technique. Its working frequency is 5-100MHz. The total gain of the system is 100db. Successful defect detection of cemented carbide parts was carried out,and useful results were obtained, which show that this instrument is suitable for non-destructive detection of such materials of ultrah-high acoustic impedance as cemented carbide.
