Nafion修饰玻碳电极对微量美西律的测定
DETERMINATION OF MICROAMOUNT MEXILETINE WITH NAFION-MODIFIED GLASSY CARBON ELECTRODE
【摘要】 以玻碳电极为基体,制备了Nafion修饰电极,研究了非电活性阳离子药物美西律在该电极上的测定方法,将美西律加入到含电活性阳离子药物多巴胺的电解质溶液中,使多巴胺峰电流下降,峰电流的降低与美西律浓度的负对数在4×10-6~2×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。该方法的检测下限为2×10-6mol/L,回收范围为96.1%~105.4%,相对标准偏差为2.8%(n=10)。该法用于美西律片剂的测定,获得了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 Mexiletinc is an electroactive cationic drug. This paper describes the method for determination of microamount mcxiletine with Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode. The peak current of dopamine is decreased when mexiletine is added to an electrolyte solution containing electroactivc dopamine. There is a good linear relationship between the extent of the decrease in the peak currcntand the negative logarithmic concentration of mexiletine in the range of 4×10-6~2×10-4 mol/L. The detection limit of the method is 2×10-6mol/L. The recovery is 96.1×~105.4%. and the relative standard deviation is 2.8%(n=10). By using this method to determine mexiletine hydrochloride in tablets, satisfactory results are obtained.
