小苍兰生长发育与光照强度关系的研究
Relationship between Light intensities and Growth, Development of Freesia refracta Klatt
【摘要】 小苍兰经高、中、低三种不同强度的人工光照处理,结果表明,植株的高度随光强的降低而增高,叶面积、植株、根、新球的干重及花芽的数量均随光强的升高而增加。光照强度不影响小苍兰的花芽分化,在三种不同强度的光照下,均于第35天分化了花芽。
【Abstract】 Freesia refracta corms were planted in the phytotron and given treatmentswith 3 levels of light intensity,viz. 38w/m2, 15w /m2 and 5w/m2 of artificial light.The result showed that as light intensity decreased plant height increased, whileleaf-area, dry-weight of plant, root, new corm and number of flower buds decreased.But light intensity didn’t affect flower iniatiation of Freesia refracta, all of the floweriniatiated by 35 days, even in the treatment with very low light intensity.
