猕猴桃果实生长发育的研究

【摘要】 美味猕猴桃海沃德和中华猕猴桃金丰、早鲜和魁蜜等品种的果实体积可用公式和V=0.6×纵径×横径(最大)×横径(最小)表示;海沃德和金丰果实纵横径生长曲线分别呈“S”和“双S”型,两品种果实发育早期纵横径呈指数增长;果实体积与鲜重之间呈异速生长;对果实发育中果形指数、比重、种子千粒重的变化进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The volume equation V=0.6×vertical diameter×maximum horizonta size×minimum horizontal size, which was suited for all of the Actinidia fruits studied, suchas Hayward, Jinfeng, Zaoxian and Kuimi, was established by means of regression analysis. The growth curves of vertical and horizontal sizes of Hayward and Jinfeng wererespectively S-shaped and double S-shaped, but the increase of vertical and horizontalsizes of both kinds of the fruit in early stage was in an exponential manner. Allometricgrowth existed between volume and fresh weight of fruits. The changes of the shape indexand specific gravity of fruit and 1000-grain weight of seed were studied during the fruit development of Actinidia.
