【摘要】 本文分析了直接调制半导体激光的相干性，并予实验证实。对深入了解直接调制半导体激光的特性，具有实用价值。

【Abstract】 The coherence of a direct modulating diode laser has been analysed and compared with experimental results. Detailed knowledge on coherence of a modulating diode laser is provided for practical applications.
