含亚联苯基PPQ超滤膜的研制

【摘要】 将含亚联苯基的聚苯基单醚喹啉(PPQ)制成超滤膜,研究了制膜液的热处理温度、时间和聚合物浓度对膜分离、透过性能的影响,对膜的耐热性和耐水解性进行了初步考察,并用扫描电镜观察了膜的不对称微孔结构,该膜具有优良的机械强度、纯水透过率、截留性能和耐热、耐水解性。

【Abstract】 The ultrafiltration membranes have been prepared by the phase inversion methodfrom polyphenylquinoxaline(PPQ)containing 4,4’-biphenylene group in the main chain.The effects of heat-treatment temperattire,time and polymer concentration on the perfor-mance of the membranes have been studied.Study of thermal stability and hydrolytic stabili-ty properties of membranes was carried out in glycerol bath at 120℃ for 10h,in water at100℃ for 200h, using the pure water flux and the retention of bovine serum albumin(BSA)and chymotrypsinum(CMP)for judgement.The results showed that the membranes exhib-ited a better permeability,high selectivity,good thermal stability,hydrolytic stability,andtensile strength.
