【摘要】 用紫外光谱测定甲壳素脱乙酰程度，该法快速简便，重现性好，试样无需特殊处理。

【Abstract】 A UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of the deacetylation de-gree of chitin is described based on the stability of chitosan in 0.001mol/L hydrochloric acid.The method is rapid, simple and the pretreatment of the samples is not necessary.
