【Abstract】 Comparative studies of efficacy of the hospital director responsibility system before and after the reform of hospital property rights relationship suggest that this reform can facilitate better use of the system of hospital director’s responsibilities,powers and interests, promote effective management and restriction,and therefore is an essential premise for the perfection of hospital director responsibility system.更多还原
