【摘要】 本文报告经彩色多普勒确诊夹层腹主动脉瘤10例,其中7例手术证实,余3例图象典型,符合临床诊断。彩色多普勒图象诊断本病的主要依据是:(1)内外膜明显分离;(2)内膜片;(3)真假血管腔;(4)部分可探及内膜破损口。结果表明,彩色多普勒能判断动脉瘤类型,动脉瘤与肾动脉关系,对肾上型或肾下型的夹层腹主动脉瘤有特异性诊断价值,并易于术后随访追踪。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reported 10 cases with dissecting abdominal aortic aneurysm (DAAA) checked with color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU). Of them,7 cases were confirmed by surgical operation and 3 non - operative cases were confirmed by clinical diagnosis. The ultrasonographic features of DAAA were 1) remarkable separation between intima and external membrance; 2)internal membranous flaps; 3)true or false blood vessel lumen and 4)abnormal orifice of intima. The results indicated that CDU could determine the type of DAAA and relationship between DAAA and renal artery; and has special diagnostic value for determining the lesion is infrarenai or suprarenal in the position, and it was also of ad-vantageos to long -term follow -up after the operation.更多还原
