【摘要】 本文通过对35例手术证实为双腔右心室病例的造影资料分析,就其病理——X线改变,造影征象及鉴别诊断要点进行了讨论,认为后前位造影中右室腔内“指压迹”样充盈缺损及右室流出道与右室窦部之间“截断征”样改变为诊断双腔右心室的直接征象,侧位右室造影对鉴别诊断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of angiographic findings and the main points of differential diagnosis of 35 cases of DCRV confirmed by operation were discussed in relation to patho-logic-roentgenologic changes.We concluded that "finger-print filling defect" in the right ventricle and "cut-off sign" between the infundibulum and sinus portion of the right ventricle on the posteroanterior view were the direct characteristic findings of DCRV. The lateral angiocardiography was of great importance in differential diagnosis.更多还原
