【摘要】 本文报道了用氯化恶锡还原^99m锝标记油酸多相脂质体作为淋巴显象剂,对40例单侧下肢淋巴水肿患者进行淋巴引流动、静态观察,并作淋巴回流定量分析。结果表明:双足拇趾趾蹼间皮下注射显象剂15分钟后,健侧腹股沟淋巴结显影,以2小时后最清晰。腹股沟淋巴结时间——放射性曲线,观察到正常淋巴回流,增高淋巴回流和阻塞淋巴回流三种,放射性比值0.09～0.75。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic imaging of lymphatic flow were performed in 40 patients complaining of ly-mphedema in unilalteral lower extramity. AH were injected intradermally with 8 mic (296 MBq) of 99mTc-polyphase liposome(99mTc-PL) in the medial web on the dorsum of both feet. 99mTc-Pl was labelled with 99mTC using the stannous chloride melhod, the labelling rate was over 90% (n = 10). Image acquisition for the lower pelvis and both thighs was started at 5 min after injection, the inguinal lymph node was visualized at normal side and more clear at 2 hours, the time-activity curver of both regions were also recorded. Following three patterns were recognized: Normal, Enhanced and Obstracted pattern. The counting ratio were from 0.06 to 0.75.更多还原
