【摘要】 本文报告11名正常健康人、11例胃溃疡（Gu）、20例十二指肠球部溃疡（Du）患者的胃排空时间,应用^99m锝——植酸钠鸡肝固相食物进行显象和胃排空时间——放射性曲线的检测方法。结果表明:正常健康人胃半排时空时间为51.5±12.8min（x±2s）Du组中有6例胃半排空时间<30min;7例胃半排空时间>90min;7例胃半排空时间在31～90min之间。被检测的14例Gu患者中有2例胃半排空时间<30min;有4例>90min;8例介于31～90min之间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gastric emptying studies were performed on 11 healthy volunteers and 20 duodenal ulcer (DU) patients and 11 gastric ulcer(GU) patients utilizging a radionuclide technique to assess emptying rate of solid (99mTC-ph ytate collid labelled chicken liver) components of a meal.In normal subjects, the avemge gastric half-emptying time of solids was 51.5±12.8’(2SD). We found the 6 Du pa-tients(6/20) had significantly faster gastric half-emptying time (23.3 ± 3.6’) and other Du patients (7/20) had slower gastric half-emptying time (>90’).In addition, we found that 2 Gu patients had faster gastric half-emptying time (<30’) and 4 Gu patients had slowing of gastric half -emptying time (>90’).This results suggest that gastric emptying time measure had useful to produce clincal thrapeutics regimen.更多还原
