【摘要】 东北红豆杉（ＴａｘｕｓｃｕｓｐｉｄａｔａＳｉｂｅｅｔＺｕｃｃ）枝叶乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷溶部分显示有较强的抗肿瘤活性，从这部分中已分离出十二个紫杉烷类二萜化合物，经理化常数测定和光谱解析证明其中十个为已知化合物ｔａｘｉｎｉｎｅ（Ｉ），ｔａｘｉｎｉｎｅＡ（ＩＩ），ｔａｘｉｎｉｎｅＢ（ＩＩＩ），ｔａｘａｃｉｎ（Ｖ），ｔａｘａｇｉｆｉｎｅ（ＶＩ），ｔａｘｏｌ（ＶＩＩ），ｃｅｐｈａｌｏｍａｎｎｉｎｅ（ＶＩＩＩ），ｔａｘｉｎｉｎｅＭ（ＩＸ），１０－ｄｅａｃｅｔｙｌｂａｃｃａｔｉｎＩＩＩ（Ｘ）和ｔａｘａｙｕｎｔｉｎ（ＸＩ），另二个化合物为新成分，分别命名为１０－ｄｅａｃｅｔｙｌｔａｘｉｎｉｎｅＢ（ＩＶ）和ｔａｘａｃｕｓｔｉｎ（ＸＩＩ），其中化合物ＶＩＩ，ＶＩＩＩ，ＩＸ，Ｘ和ＸＩ均为首次从该植物枝叶中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methylene chloride extract Of the leaves and twigs of Taxus cuspidata Sieb etZucc which grows in the northeast of China ,showed inhibitory effect on human tumor cells.Fromthis extract we have isolated twelve compounds belong to the taxane diterpenoid series.Among themten compounds were identified as taxinine(I),taxinine A(II),taxinine B(III) ,taxacin(V),taxa-gifine(Vl),taxol(Vll),cephalomannine(VIII),taxinine M(IX),10-deacetyl baccatin III(X)andtaxayuntin(XI).The latter five compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. The othertwo compounds are new taxane diterpenes named 1O-deacetyl taxinine B(IV)and taxacustin(XII).Their structures were elucidated by spectrometric analyses and X-ray diffraction analysis.更多还原
