【Abstract】 Abstract By non-intellectual factor is meant the psychological quality peculiar to man with his innate qualities and intellectual factors excluded. It is responsible for the growth of medical students with such functions as starting,driving, driving, directing, guiding, correcting, regulating and ensuring. The non-intellectual factor and the intellectual one are able to permeate, promote and convert each other. The intellectual factor is of little avail without the effective support of the non-intellectual factor just as a system cannot work without energy. The repetition of the organic combination of the ability and the spirit of the main body leads to the continuous deepening of man’s cognition and practice which is vital to talent growths.更多还原
