【Abstract】 AbstractClinical skill program is the largest teaching program in China supported by CMB. The objectives of the program are to enhance the teaching and assessment of clinical skills, with particular stress on the students’ practice and active learning so as to provide them with a solid foundation for further clinical study.The program will last 5 years (from 1991to 1996) .One of the particular characteristics of the program is training and using standardized patients (SP).In last 2 years with the efforts from the leaders, staff and from the group following work has been completed;1. Refining the course of diagnostics; 2.Training the teachers both abroad 2. and at home for the new program; 3.Rewriting the teaching materials; 3. 4.Training and using SPs as both patients and teachers in the teaching 4. process; 5.Collecting the baseline from students who haven’t been trained with the new method; 6.Evaluating students for clinical akills;7.Training and using focused encounter cases for 2nd year teaching;8.Planning a series of examinations.更多还原
