【摘要】 采用病例查询和重点人群血清PVC薄膜快速酶标检测相结合,于1990-1991年对河北省人体囊虫病、包虫病、肺吸虫病和旋毛虫病进行了线索性调查。囊虫病例分布于全省77.78％的地区、省辖市和53.96％的县。重点人群血清学阳性率为2.01％。包虫病例及血清学阳性者见于北部高原山区以畜牧业为主的县,其中所查各县血清学阳性率在0.29％—0.71％之间。肺吸虫病1例病人见于沿海地区的海兴县。血清学阳性者见于海兴县、黄骅市和涉县,阳性率在1.32％—2.08％之间。旋毛虫病血清学检测31个县,检出阳性12个县,阳性率范围为0.44％—3.29％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investigation on the distribution of cysticercosis, hydatid disease, paragonimiasis and trichinosis was performed by rapid PVC membrance ELISA and case enquiry in Hehei province during 1990-1991. The results shown that the cysticercosis cases ware distributed in 77.78% of prefectures and prefectural cities and 53.96% of counties in the province, with a, serop-ositive rate of 2.01% in the risk population. Hydutied cases and seroppsitive individuals weve mainly found in livestock farming counties in north plateau mountain areas, with serpositive rates ranged 0.29-0.71%. The unique par-agonimiasis case was found in a coastal county, Haixin; and the seropositive individuals ware observed in Haixin, Shexian counties and Huanghua city, with positive rated ranged 1.32-2.08%. Sera from 31 counties were detected for trichinosis, with a overall positive rate of 0.66%, seropositive individuals were found in 12 of 31 counties, and the positive rates of these 12 counties rangeel 0.44%-3.29%.更多还原
