【摘要】 爱克宁〈Icon〉10％可湿性粉剂经实验锁效鉴定,其在玻璃、石灰乳胶和水泥三种建材板面上,对蚊、蝇和蟑螂的速杀效果较好,但滞留作用差异甚大。剂量为10mg ai/m²,玻璃板面于50℃恒温贮存4周（相当自然存放2年）后,对蚊、蝇击倒中时(KT₅₀)分别波动在5.28～15.6min和5.49～15.18min之间,24小时死亡率均为100％;石灰乳胶板在贮存至第3周,对蚊、蝇KT₅₀均大于30min,且致死率下降;在水泥板面滞留作用甚短。剂量为15mg ai/m²,在上述各板面对蟑螂的药效于不同时间内下降,玻璃板面贮存至第3周后,对蟑螂的KT₅₀大于30min,72小时死亡率为86.7％,在石灰乳胶板和水泥板的持效作用更短。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Icon 10WP was applied to the upper surfaces of the kinds of builid-ing material, glass, lime and cement were treated with the Icon and stored at a constant temperature of 50℃ in the laboratory.The values of KT50 of the glasses at 10mg a.i/m2 were 5.28-15.62 minute and 5.49-15.18minute within 4 week for Culex pipiens quinquefaciatus and Musca domestica respectiv ely with 100% 24 huors mortality and the values of KT50 of the limes were more than 30 minute within 3 weeks and the 24 hours mortality reduced when applied to the surface of cemeut residual efficacy of Icon was lower.The values of KT50 of the glasses at 15mg a.i/m2were more than 30 minute within 3 week for Perjplaneta americana respectivey with 86.7%,72 hours morfality. The efficacy both of the limes and cement were lower than that of the glasses.更多还原
