【摘要】 通过48例睑板松毛虫蜕毛伤误诊病例的分析,认为误诊原因有患者提供病史模糊、眼科医师对本病缺乏认识、蜕毛极细且隐蔽及临床表现确象其他疾病等4个方面.提示:对单眼有刺激症状、角膜上皮有线状或点状荧光素着色、来自松林附近的患者,应在裂隙灯下仔细检查睑板,以免误诊.更多还原

【Abstract】 The article has analysed 48 missed cases of tarsus injured by shed feather of pine moth. The authors regards that there are four reasons for the misdiagnosis: 1. The medical history presented by the patient is unclear. 2. The doctor unrecogmized the disease. 3. Shed feather is concealed and fine. 4. The clinical manifestation is similar to other disease. The result suggests that the patients coming from pine tree area, who has corneal stimulation symptoms of unilateral eye, whose corneal epithelium can be stained with flurescein which appears spot or line-shaped, should be examined carefully under the slit lamp in order to avoid misdiagnosis.更多还原
