【Abstract】 IOL implantation on 13 patients (ISeyes) without posterior capsule were performed. After operation, the visual acuity of 13 eyes was 0.5 or better (100%). The corected visual acuity of 12 eyes was 0.8 or better (92.3%), The posterior capsule opacification had been prevented. In this artical, the method of operation was well presented.
