【Abstract】 Tramatic cataract extraction with posterior chamber IOL implantation on 32 cases (32 eyes) was reported . In this series 28 were male and 4 were female. The average age is 26.4 year old. They were followed up 3-18 monthes (average 9.3 monthes).The corrected visual acuity was >1.0 in 8eyes (25%), 0.5-0.9 in 11 eyes (34.48%), 0.1-0.4 in 10 eyes (31.25%) and <0.1 in 3 eyes (9.37%). The operative oppertunity, three methods of inserting the superior loop of IOL and the method of buried suture knot were disscused.更多还原
