【摘要】 作者设计了一种经平坦部切口摘出非磁性异物的方法,用于摘出术前术中难以经瞳孔看到的,位于玻璃体前段周边部或前部眼球内壁的非磁性异物.1991～1993年内共进行32例,全部一次手术成功.术中术后并发症少,远期效果稳定.讨论了手术方法和术后视力恢复问题.此手术方法简单、安全、损伤小,成功率高,解决了临床上处理这种位置非磁性异物摘出的难题.更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors designed a surgical method for the extraction of nonmagnetic foreign body (IOFB) in the peripheral anterior vitreous or the inner wall of the anterioreyeball which are difficult to observe through the pupil preoperatively and during operation. Thirty-two cases from 1991-1993 were performed successfuly in one surgery with less postoperative complications and stable long-term effects. The authors also discussed the surgical methodology and postoperative visual recovery.In summary, this method is simple, safe with less damage to the tissue and higher success rate and solves the clinical difficulties in the management of this type of non-magenetic FBs.更多还原
