【摘要】 采用FoxBase编程,首次建立了国内文献源中西药不良反应软件包.该软件包收载了1960年～1990年国内公开发表在198种杂志上的西药不良反应和108种杂志上的中药不良反应,病例人数约2万.软件具有资料齐全,操作方便的特点.具有查看、统计、增加、修改和打印五个方面的功能,可供药物不良反应监测和研究之用.软件包中不良反应名按世界卫生组织国际药品监测合作中心的药物不良反应分类方法编码,疾病按国际疾病分类法(ICD—9)编码,药物名按药品集分类方法编码.更多还原

【Abstract】 Utilizing more than 200 kinds of domestic medicinal magazines between 1960~1990, the first software of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) databank was programed. It was written by using Foxbase language and includes twenty thousands cases about medicine and Chinese traditional medicine.This software has a lot of functions, such as inquiry, addition, deletion, statistic and print. It is useful for drug postmarketing surveillance. study and monitor of ADRs coded according to WHO’s rule, the name of disease classified by International Classification Diseases (ICD-9) and the name of drug classified by drug Collections (edited by SEMC of China) in this software.更多还原
