光强自动补偿型光纤转角传感原理
Fiber-optic Angle Sensing Principle with Automatic Intensity Compensation
【摘要】 本文采用了双路光纤接收方法,提出了一种可实现光强自动补偿的光纤转用传感原理。从理论上分析了该传感装置的补偿机理,给出了特性调制函数。实验结果表明,该传感装置可有效地补偿光源强度的变化对测量结果的影响。
【Abstract】 With twin receiving optical fiber method, a fiber-optic angle sensing principle which can compensate the change of intensity automatically is introduced . Theoretically , the compensation mechanism of sensing device is analyzed and the characteristic modulating function were given. The experimental results shown that this modulating device can effectively compensate the effect of light source variation due to electric source unstableness or aging of the light source device on the measuring result.
