BaSrTiO＿3热敏陶瓷材料的研制和应用
The Making and Usage of BaSrTiO3 Heat-sensitive Ceramic Material
【摘要】 本文叙述了在研制性能优良的ＰＴＣ材料ＢａＳｒＴｉＯ＿３过程中的一些主要经验，特别详细阐述了配方与工艺。结果用普通的化学原料和简单的工艺设备，做出了有较好ＰＴＣ性能的样品。这些材料有可能在广泛领域内获得应用。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the experience of making BaSrTiO3 PTC materials was re-ported,the chemical content and technique of the manufacture was introduced.Withchemicals of ordinary quality and simple technical equipment,samples of good PTC prop-erty were obtained.These materials may be used in various fields of paoduction andliving.
