含周向穿透裂纹碳钢管道断裂分析与试验研究
Fracture Analysis and Experimental Ivestigation of Carbon Steel Piping with Circumferential Through-wall Crack
【摘要】 本文用CEGB R6的选择3方法建立的失效评定曲线对七根含不同周向裂纹长度的4英寸20号钢管道作了弹塑性断裂分析和断裂试验,结果证明R6的评定技术和分析方法是安全可行的。采用ASME锅炉压力容器规范中的IWB-3650附录H方法对上述七根管道进行的断裂分析也表明,ASME规范是安全的。
【Abstract】 Elastic-plastic fracture of seven pipes (4 in) made of 20# steel with different lengthe of circumferential through-wall crack were tested and analyzed using option 3 failure as-sessment curve of the CEGB R6. The experiment result showed that the assessment technique and analyzed approach are conservative and practical. All the pipes were also analyzed according to IWB-3650 appendix H of the ASME Code section XI. It is revealed that the ASME Code is also conservative.
