多层外压圆筒的稳定性试验研究

【摘要】 <正>为探讨壁厚由两层和两层以上构成的多层圆筒的径向外压作用下,其失稳时的临界压力大小和变形规律。我们对1~6层的多层圆筒进行了外压稳定性试验研究。

【Abstract】 The experiment and research was made on the stability of the multilaver (1 - 6 layers)exter-nal pressure cylinder. The result demonstracted that the critical pressure of the instability of the multilayer cylinder was lower clearly than the sum of theoretical value of critical pressure of each layer and much lower than the theortical value of critical pressure of single layer cylinder in same thickness. The more the layers, the larger the difference. It is proposed not to use the multilayer construction in the design of external pressure cylinder.
