【摘要】 对５２例（５２眼）先天性上斜肌麻痹采用三种手术方法治疗，结果如下：（１）患眼下斜肌部分切除３６例，可矫正１０△～１５△，（２）患眼下斜肌部分切除联合患眼上直肌后徙１０例，可矫正３０△～３５△，（３）患眼下斜肌部分切除联合健眼下直肌后徙６例，可矫正２８△～３２△。更多还原

【Abstract】 ifty-two cases(52 eyes)with ocular congenital superior oblique paralysis were treated by three kinds ofsurgical methods. The result was as follows : 1)10△- 15△obliquity was corrected in 36 cases by the methodof partial excision of inferior oblique in abnormal eyes;2)30△- 35△was corrected in 10 cases by combiningpartial excision of inferior oblique with recession of superior rectus in abnormal eyes;3)28△- 32△was cor-rected in 6 cases by combining partial excision of inferior oblique in abnormal eyes with recession of inferiorrectus in normal eyes.更多还原
